Before I became a real estate agent, I had already sold 3 of my own homes, and to be honest, my experiences were not stellar-the first time was an absolute joke, the agent did not share with me one step of the process-I was like 22 years old and had no clue what I was doing, and sadly enough I was walking through it blind-the second time I sold a home, wasn't much better-I remember ALL THAT paper work coming at me, but not once did the agent explain to me WHAT I was signing. The third go around was a lot better, the communication was on point, and I was like...holy cow! You mean people can actually have a really good experience in this process? It was because of that 3rd agent, actually explaining the process, that I fell in love with real estate-and now...It is my goal to help you love the process too!
